Laser eye surgery at OCL Vision costs from £1995 per eye. The price depends on your prescription and the type of laser eye surgery you undergo. We believe in value for money for our patients. Whilst we are not the most expensive UK eye clinic, our results in terms of safety and effectiveness of surgery are amongst the very best in the UK. Find out more about the cost of laser eye surgery.
We use anaesthetic eye drops to numb the eyes before the procedure, making it as painless as possible. There are certain bits of the procedure where you may be aware of what’s going on, for example in the LASIK procedure there is a bit of pressure, which lasts about 20 seconds – but we wouldn’t describe that as pain.
You should not drive until your vision has cleared. This usually happens 1-2 days after surgery, but may be longer depending on your individual circumstances.
Cataract surgery is a relatively quick procedure; it generally takes 10 – 15 minutes per eye.
All surgeons have been dual fellowship trained at centres of excellence and have an exemplary bedside manner.
We use sophisticated technology to achieve our excellent results, including the world’s most advanced laser for vision correction.
Our consultants will work with you to offer the best treatment for your specific requirements, eye health and desired outcome.
Pay upfront, or split the cost of your treatment across up to 60 months with our finance options.
